Parador Ribadeo
 

The Parador Ribadeo is a large Galician house at the mouth of the Ribadeo Rias on the border of the Asturian coast.  Its has an enviable position between Asturias and Galicia, and offers the possibility to explore the beautiful Galician countryside, the Eo estuary and the small Asturian villages on the other shore. 

Wonderful beaches abound in this area.  Many of these you will have all to yourself when visiting. One of the most spectacular is at Catedrais (Cathedral beach) a few miles from the Parador going towards Foz.  Other beaches for exploring; Os Castros, Olga, O Cargadeiro, Rocas Blancas. 

Go up to Mount Santa Cruz to take in the fine panoramic view of the Rias and surrounding area.

The Parador of Ribadeo dining room has extraordinary views.  A marine style prevails in the interior of the Parador, and with an air of grace and elegance. The bedrooms are friendly and comfortable, and some have splendid panoramic views. The restaurant offers traditional Galician cuisine with dishes such as; savory pies, pork shoulder, seafood, and hearty Galician broths.
